I'm a Licensed Real Estate Broker as well as the Khatambakhsh Team's Operations Manager!
I oversee the team's day to day activities, manage community involvement and events, lead our service, process, and system improvement projects and ensure our clients are happy and well taken care of!
My Background:
My husband, Brian Khatambakhsh, is the Founder of our real estate team.
I joined the team in 2016 after a 20-year career in Engineering and Program Management field with Honeywell Aerospace in Mississauga. I enjoyed my years at Honeywell, learned and grow and met a lot of wonderful people.
However, deep down, I knew I feel the best when I am in a position to provide service to people and interact with them directly. Real Estate provided the perfect opportunity for that!
I migrated to Canada from Iran in 1990. I studied Electrical Engineering at Ryerson University where I met Brian. We got married after graduating and moved to Mississauga after I got a job at Honeywell. Both our son and daughter are born and raised in Mississauga.
There are a lot of things that I enjoy doing in my personal time. On top of the list are: hiking, travelling, reading, entertaining, and spending time with my family and friends.

I'm Brian's Executive Assistant, interfacing with clients and team members. In addition I support multiple team projects.
When I first met Brian & Roxana, I was so inspired by their commitment to giving back to their community that I knew I wanted to be a part of this team and have a hand in helping them achieve their goals which aligned well with mine.
My time here with the team has been nothing but eye-opening and enjoyable, as each day presents an opportunity for not just professional growth but personal as well.
My Background:
I was born and raised in Brampton, and currently live in a small peaceful town in Halton Hills.
I graduated from University of Guelph-Humber in 2023 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology with Honours, and General Arts and Science Diploma in Psychology with a Certificate of Achievement in Organizational Behaviour.
Before joining this team, I worked as a receptionist at a Real Estate office while studying at the university.
I am an avid reader and writer, and I am currently working on my first draft novel in my free time. I also value spending quality time with my family and friends & enjoy listening to music!

My Background:
Born and raised in the Philippines, I studied Tourism Management at De La Salle-College of St. Benilde. After that, I delved into Entrepreneurship for two years. Creativity has been my interest since childhood, especially in fashion and interior design. That interest led me to graphic design and video editing. Online courses and endless self-research became my playground!
Outside of work, I'm a huge foodie, a cat lover (Hi Mello!), a sucker for horror and mystery shows and games. Anime is my jam, and my music taste spans from hip hop and R&B/soul to classic rock. I also find peace in reading stoic philosophy books!
